After over a year of watching AI tools rapidly improve, we are comfortable saying that your receptionist may not need to be human. If your phones are distracting the person at the front desk, and they aren’t engaging with the people standing right in front of them, maybe you need to get an AI receptionist.

It is a fully guardrail limited chatbot that can be installed on just about any wordpress website. The AI behind it is anthropic so you will need an anthropic account or The Bourquin can manage it for you.
